Making Bread!

I was in an English mood today, because of Queen Elisabeth II Jubilee

(yes, even in Holland). Thought I'd celebrate by baking some lovely shortbread

cakes. They do taste delicious.

The first year in Baarn, and flowers are blooming! Looks gorgious, and more are coming out. The roses will be next.

30 April - Koninginnedag in a new city, Baarn. Lots of colourful people walking around town.

A couple of months ago, I did a very nice course in Creative Book Binding. These were the endproducts of our hard work.

Last summer when I was just living in Baarn, there was this parade of all the Kings & Queens of The Netherlands. Made some great pics.

Another great concert in the Arena/Amsterdam by Take That

(with Robbie Williams). Was fantastic.

Had a great time this summer in watching Bon Jovi at Hard Rock Calling, Hyde Park

Weather was great/sunny (after days of heavy rain), and music fantastic.

In spring 2011 Zutphen had to deal with a lot of water/floods!

One of our most famous authors, Eckhart Tolle, came to Holland this week. We organised this event for him, which was visited by around 2000 peoples. Was a lot of fun to organise.
